REO Speedwagon - “Keep On Loving You”
there was a brief bout of karaoke last night and this song followed Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” which then worked it’s way into “Seperate Ways.” all the men’s shirt sleeves simultaneously dropped to the ground and the woman dissipated into thin air, only to appear 12 minutes and 59 seconds later in various Trans-Ams around town, lipstick smeared, hair mussed and in a family way.
fun “GPOYW” facts — i once “dated” a girl who had never heard this song or heard of REO Speedwagon. i’ll just make a long story very short here: i once dated a girl and it didn’t last long AT ALL (and i don’t even really like REO Speedwagon).
